Live printing events in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the trade show capital of North America, and it's the out-of-state route we drive most. The rig, the crew, and the playbook all make the I-15 run regularly — which means your Vegas event gets a team that already knows the convention corridors, the loading docks, and the difference between what a Strip venue promises and what its freight elevator allows.

Expo-first, by design

Most of our Vegas calendar is convention work: booth stations that give attendees a reason to stop scanning and start talking. The Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, and the Venetian Expo each have their own advance quirks — power ordering deadlines, union jurisdictions, marshalling yards — and we build those into the timeline so exhibitors never learn them the hard way. Blanks ship to the advance warehouse ahead of the show; nothing critical rides in a truck cab across the desert the night before.

Off the floor

The same trip covers launch parties, conference receptions, and incentive events at Strip properties — rooms where a styled station with a claim-ticket flow fits the energy better than a queue. Corporate groups in town for a summit often add an evening print session as the social anchor; it gives five hundred colleagues from forty offices something to do together that isn't a lanyard mixer.

Vegas dates carry the flat $900 travel fee on top of standard rates, and we ask for three to four weeks of lead time — mostly for venue paperwork, not for us. Send the show name and booth number with your quote request and we'll take it from there.
