Card 01 — Corporate
Live printing at corporate events
Company kickoffs, leadership summits, employee appreciation days, and the December party. The common thread: people remember the thing made for them in front of them, and forget the thing handed to them in a bag.
Why it works in a corporate room
Corporate swag has a landfill problem — pre-printed one-size-fits-most gear that half the team never touches. A live station flips that. Employees choose their own garment, size, and design, and personalization (a name, a team, a tenure year) turns a giveaway into something people wear to the office afterward.
It also solves the dead-air problem. A station in the lobby or near the bar gives people something to do between sessions, and the line becomes organic mingling — no forced icebreakers required.
The typical setup
One DTF heat-press station covers most corporate events up to about 300 people. We stage it in the lobby, foyer, or a corner of the ballroom, hang a design menu of four to six options (usually a mix of company marks and event-specific art), and run continuously through the reception window. For executive audiences, we often add embroidery or laser engraving for a quieter, premium lane.

- Footprint: 10×10 with two 6-ft tables; one 20A circuit
- Timing: crew loads in 60–90 minutes before doors
- Budget: most corporate events land at $25–$40 per guest all-in
- Garments: Bella+Canvas 3001 is the default; premium and eco blanks on request
- Lead time: two weeks is comfortable; December needs more
What to ask your venue
Only two things ever complicate a corporate booking: power and placement. Ask the venue for a dedicated circuit near your chosen spot, and confirm the load-in path (dock or elevator). We handle everything else, including the certificate-of-insurance paperwork hotels ask for. See the rate anchors for budgeting, or the lobby takeover case study for how a three-day conference version ran.
